omg what a fucking shit video, the only right thing it showed was mcroberts position. episiothomy ISN'T a must in case of distocya, usually mcroberts position is all that you need to take out the baby and MOST OF ALL pulling on the mother's belly IS EXTREMELY dangerous for HER. please don't look this video full of bullshits again, you'll only get worse information than you have now.

Opino igual que Yasmel, ojalá muchos obstetras miedosos se capacitaran mejor, hay muchisimas maniobras y posiciones para favoreces este tipo de distocias... Pregunten a las parteras!

Me parece horrible, triste y criminal que usen esas formas para sacar el bebe cuando la mayoria de las veces solo tienen que usar el Gaskin Manuever donde se pone a la mujer en 4 y asi se abre mas la pelvis y el bebe sale sin daños.
