now you cant put C4 on the UAV

Wow. That is even worse than the suicide UAVs people use nowadays. At least now, it takes more than one load, and the UAV is killed each time. That is indeed an exploit.

get two people to plant C4 6+6=12!! or just do two rounds of it taking it back to base everytime

You need at least 12 c4's to knock out an MCOM
