Hmmm... The key word is MINIVAN. I don't think it's really fair to compare these 2.
Now if it was the Chevy/GMC van , Dodge B-Series Sportsman/Ram Van/Ram Wagon and Plymouth Voyager clone and Ford Econoline... but that's just me.

Man, where did you FIND these awesome commercials? I have to agree with this commercial- the Vanagon is FAR more versatile- nothing else like it even 30 years after its introduction(1980). I've fit cargo in a Vanagon that wouldnt even fit in a full-size Dodge, Ford or Chevy/GMC Van, due 2 the Vanagon's low floor and high ceiling for its small size outside. A factory sunroof Vanagon can even hold more, due to the 4 ft opening! Thanks again 4 posting this!

THANKS i love this van but personally i like the 1985 voyager/caravan allot more then the vanagon but both were nice
