Sung-Bong Choi's talentuous rendition of Ennio Morricone's "Nella Fantasia" was shown near the end of the lunchtime edition of RAI2 Newscast (TG2). This is one of the first mentions of Korean music on Italy's state television.

What is sickening for Choi is that he lost and didn't even win a small monetary prize. The winner a dancer, won 300K new car and contract with SONY. I think if you get that far in the competition you should be guaranteed something. even 10K would of helped him tremendously. Haven't heard anything since the dancer won, but have heard of Choi. how sad..after the show KGT ended,he was droved home..back to reality..with only 36.8 cents in his bank acct. and an electricity cut off notice posted on his door..isn't it cruel?after all the attention and empathy..he was not given any help..

Please donate to help Choi in his music and expenses in college. You will be blessed over and over. The lady judge said she would like to help him with classes and she has not helped him, just his very devoted friends. I think it is a shame that the Korean govt. will not help him at all. They are missing a wonderful opportunity to have Choi become an ambassador for the country.

Has Korea once again thrown one of its most innocent citizens out like so much garbage? They failed him as a small helpless child. Is this what we can expect from Korea? I can't find where he has found any succes since the Korean talent show.
