  • This is a wrong! we will be lost!

  • Romans 11:22

    New American Standard Bible (NASB)

22 Behold then the kindness and severity of God; to those who fell, severity, but to you, God’s kindness, if you continue in His kindness; otherwise you also will be cut off.

Wake up Baptist to see what the bible teaches. Popularity does not mean truth is being presented.

  • @Gothxha Sorry, Hebrews 12*

  • You CANNOT be born again and backslide into a life of sin(!) the rest days of your life! That's just evidence that you were never truly born again to begin with. Read the parable of the sower. Not everyone who hears the word and "gladens over it" is instantly born again. Yes, you CAN fall into sin if you are truly saved, - for days or even months but God will rise you up again in his mercy and chasten you and treat you as his son (Heb 5).

  • I don't know if we should have favourite preachers or not,but I really respect Dr Charles Stanley. His teaching tells us ,from scripture,of the love of God even for rotten sinners like me .Dr Stanley often shows ,from the Bible, that God is gracious ,merciful and loving towards anyone who is willing to repent and seek forgiveness for their sins against Him.

  • A year ago I willingly dove back into my sins after I had knowledge of the truth. I spent a whole year believing I had lost my salvation, I was severely tormented. Finally I gave up all hope of being saved. One morning I suffered a terrible demonic attack, I was so terrorfied I cried out to Jesus, he placed his hands on me and cast the demons out. The bible says "in the day of trouble call to me and I shall deliver you, and U SHALL GLORIFY ME" thank u Jesus!

  • so many pastors dont realize that GOD has a huge erasure in the book of revelation it talks about having our name blotted out of the .lambs book of life

  • @xRaisethestandardx You misinterpret the scriptures then.

  • I have to say, of 99% of the pastors we see on TV I respect Dr. Stanley more than most, however, I dont see how anyone can come to this conclusion on this subject. The scriptures as a whole and kept in context build up to maintaining a relationship with Christ and not turning away from Him. Not only that but there are many, MANY scriptures that flat out talk about how a person can fall from grace.
