"What's New?," composed in 1939 by Bob Haggart, with lyrics by Johnny Burke, is wonderfully interpreted by Joni James in her album, In the Still of the Night, recorded in 1955 and released on the MGM label in 1956. The orchestra is conducted by David Terry. It was released on CD by Tarragon Records in 1995.

  • James is keeping excellent company here. Sinatra's version is immortal.

  • Linda Ronstadt also did an excellent version, ccaammiiittoo1. I have also uploaded it. Please give a listen.
