I agree with the other comment, no offense towards the french but they are messing about a bit. Those thing's have tremendous amount of power/torque and having one pulling the other one helping along it could get out. But I know.....they always want to do it the extra safe way because there are always rules and regulations......

the french really do fanny around with things like this all it needs is another winch cat and a good driver to get outa that they dont put there machines to work hard enough
