@bbmurf84 no i understand what you're saying. I was raised in the church Teachers and Priests would watch as i was beaten up day after day by the rich kids because they were afraid that if they stopped the kids their parents would stop giving generous donations to the church and school. In my opinion God isn't a "father" figure. Its hard to believe in a Father figure who allows children to pay for parents mistakes. So i understand why people don't believe and don't take religious folk seriously.

@Lovesickobsession19 in fairness its hard not to get mad at religious people,imagine i said "praise the mighty giant invisible lollypop,it is this magic lollypop saved this child",now imagine on top of that millions of people had died in the name of the lollypop.tho u may respect a persons right to believe in the lollypop,u prob wouldnt respect there decision to! god/magic lollypop,sounds the same to me,there is no more evidence there is a god than there is evidence of the lollypop! ;-)

@bbmurf84 i agree with you. God is the main cause of war in the world, has been for centuries. I do believe in God, but all the fighting and discrimination is just too much. Sometimes out of the bad comes the good. Maybe that's why bad things happen. One thing i learned in Catholic school was that God is to be feared and if you piss him off he will have no problem smiting you. i don't think he's the drunk guy on the leather couch watching tv I think he's running around with a bat ready to get us

@sugarmelonchewgumbon read the bible, God lets us choose our own paths in life, and there is a saying in my church "God answers all prayers, but sometimes that answer is no." Believe me, i have the same questions as you, but we wont know the truth about God until we die. I know a lot of good people who are about to go homeless or are so screwed up in the head that they can't live a normal life. And i agree, why doesn't God do something about it? No one can say for sure.

i believe in God, but why do people have to get mad at religious people? Everybody is entitled to their own beliefs. Whether there is a God or not, the main issue is the baby was almost buried alive, but she opened the box before and therefor the baby's life was saved. Divine intervention or not, i'm just glad it ended well.
