  • Why is man the only primate required to squeeze oil from fish, seeds, grains, seeds, the earth itself. Are we a properly evolved mammalian species or some type of parasite

  • I am not terribly convinced as far s the omega-3 acids being beneficial for us in any way. What about lipid peroxidation? Aren't these oils including omega-6 unsaturated fatty acids supposed to be inflammatory? Doesn't our excess consumption of refined rancid omega-6 create an artificial need to consume omega-3 to main the balance in our overall diet.

  • No mention is made regarding the toxic effects of long term over dosage of Omega 6 oils. The Western world consumes approximately 16 times the safe dosage of such linoleates from Corn, Cotton seed, Grape seed, Safflower, Sunflower and Soy oils.
