  • Nice work on Escalator. I think there was a bit too much water in it when my group was there in June.

What on earth are you using for a suspension and how much stretch do you have? I coilovers and air bumps. Custom?

Too bad I missed you guys coming up here to Washington, would have cheerfully gone along.

Our group is headed back this may (2010)

  • @nw1911guy

at the time it was a front radius and dual triangulated rear at 102.5"wb. I've since converted the front to a 3 link with panhard.

  • Wow that looks fun as hell! What was the pucker factor like going down hell's gate???

  • I was having a hard time seeing the line because of the angle but beyond that it was ok. It's steep (camera angle doesnt do justice) but the traction is really quite amazing.

  • Nice rig man...if i had the money i'd build it...i got a 98' tj on ARBs f&r I just got the new MTR's with Kevlar, in my opinion they are better than the swampers on moab stuff.. anyways well built rig, i like that winch :)

  • Thanks. My IROKS are the bias ply versions, so they'll wear fairly quick compared to your radials. I don't drive on pavement much though so they're lasting well enough so far (over a year now). The steering is a full hydro double ended ram from PSC.

  • LOVE IT....I need to try this! Hee hee
