That was the old bertuzzi, he's changed. Obviously he's playing with the best team in the league (Detroit) and he hasn't got suspended or fined in a LONG time. Bertuzzi is a piece of garbage. With the current movement to eliminate head hits, imagine the ban Bertuzzi would get for this today. He should have been banned for life, period. @GleamingAsian So violent assualt in battery in which you break someone's neck wouldn't lead to an arrest and jail time if it were just two dudes walking on the street? Also, it's "you're" for you are. And in fact, that's exactly what happened he was charged with assault and bodily harm in Canada. He signed a plea bargain to avoid 1.5 years in prison. Soooo, yeah his actions were such that he should have been in jail..
