  • Love the flambe but not the wet crepe. I instead, flambe the filling and put over the actual crepe which by the way i have a industrial crepe maker.

  • Hmm, may be flambe' but that sure aint crepes suzette.

    Not sure what it is.... crepes de orange peut-yre?

  • I did some unexpected flambe earlier, I was making noodle soup with olive oil and some splashed onto the coil and a BIG red flamed filling the whole pot shot on the surface of my soup for about 3 seconds!
