Male opossum tail-rolling behavior

This male opossum was found as a 2.5 month old baby with complete hind leg paralysis. He has regained most of the movement in his back legs and will hopefully be released in the wild next spring. The second opossum in the video (his "adopted sister") has skeletal deformities due to metabolic bone disease and is not releaseable. She will live out her life in captivity, and visit schools to teach kids about opossums (with the appropriate educational wildlife permit)
