Historic judgment on 2G : Prashant Bhushan- NewsX

The Supreme court in an historic judgment today has cancelled all the licenses given by Mr Raja in January 2008 and thereafter. This is an historic judgment for a reason that now the companies which were the beneficiaries of these illegal licenses given by the telecom department will have to effectively refund the benefit that they received by these illegal licenses. This judgment would send a strong signal to the country and in particular to the corporate world.
