Yeah, Someone rang up and told my boss I almost caused her to crash, well luckily I recorded the incident. Judge for yourself!

In my opinion, it was a 30mph road, she was doing around 15 so I overtook just as any motorcyclist worth their salt would have done.

So what do you think? Was the Driver right to complain?

What she means is she wasn't aware of her surroundings and it gave her a shock when you passed her drivers window and panic ensued. Bet that's not how the complaint was worded though!

I'v had the exact thing done to me, and said I scratched her car, She sent in pictures of her crap white micra with a burgendy scuff all the way down her car - ( i ride a red yamaha jog RR) she claimed she recieved whiplash as well - nice thing that the police turned up to see that my scooter had no evedence of this collision and that she was infact a benifit thief!

@rockopolybitch People like her, who cant drive, dont know there are rearview mirrors and they are there for a reason, dont keep track of whats behind and on the side, usualy do complain about others not understanding that it is them who are a danger to others. Yes she was shocked, but it her fault. I would take her license away and make her pass the test again.

Overtaking someone and then braking is the height of bad driving. As you clearly didn't positively cut back-in it's obvious that you knew that you'd cut her up as well.
