nah tht bike rarley spawns at any destnation where u get a nrg, and no its not a bug.

I know how to get the NRG sanchez thing, go to the garage in doherty. Open the garage one time, and lock it again, and then spawn a nrg with a vehicle spawner. Then u'll have that scary bike.

that bike is a game bug...after a few spawns it spawns without some parts

No, it looks different than the one in sa. I have the one in sa on all three islands.

You can spawn one at the LV Bike School, I've got one similar when I got all gold. xD
