Apparently Republicans have problems opening doors. Look at Bush in China. I would gladly open the door for Bush. But it would take immense self control not to slam it half way through.

There's no comparison between having someone open a door for you and you DEMANDING that they open the door for you. When you demand something, there is no courtesy to it at all.

Does the young turks or any show on air america radio ever cover non-Republicans who treat their staff like crap? This is certainly not a republican only phenomenon. Anthony Weiner goes through staff like toilet paper because he is such an abusive boss, his behavior is so outragious it's made the New York Times.
