once James was gone JJ became over ridiculous I stopped watching the show until years later in reruns. Some episodes still tick me off.

I know that race don't make no difference. But, I'm white and I LOVED the show "GOOD TIMES". They was funny and still is. It's said that the white mans wrote the scripts. But, ya know? WhAtEvEr! I don't care if they was PURPLE WITH GREEN POLKA-DOTS. It was all good! Florida-girl, Michael and Thelma was my fave characters.
