well the way he warm the feet on the "kan" its with a very fast movement, so in the end its not so hurt...also the peel on the feet its very strong more than others parts of the body...when you do that technique for a long time...in the end not hurt at all...any way this is one ancient technique, right now we do that with the hot herbal compress, its the same but with compress herbal aplied to the body...thanks for the comentary...
