I don't know if it was the same penis or not, but in the spring of 2000, some guy walked in with it during the middle of my psych lecture (in the big EE lecture hall), started pumping it and saying "I'm a boner" several times. Then he left as quickly as he came in. We laughed hard for probably 5 minutes. My prof could hardly lecture after that, because he kept laughing. That was my freshman year, and I remember thinking to myself "I really like college." :)

They used to light those on fire and throw them in the early 80's. One time, one landed behind the endzone near the band and caused a mini grass fire.

2 of my sisters went to Purdue in the late 80's and early 90's. I went to a couple of games in that time when I was 7, 8, 9 years old and that was one of the coolest memories I have growing up was to see anything and everything that the students threw after a touchdown. My favorite was seeing an industrial size toilet paper roll (the kind that weigh like 7 pounds) being heaved from near the top all the way down to the near-front row. Someone probably had a concussion after that.

Yeah, then in the '90s people started throwing everything that wasn't nailed down. I remember cheering when they scored and then immediately ducking to avoid bottle, cups, full cups, etc. being tossed around the student section. Of course, this was the mid-90s where being hit in the head was similar to what it felt like to be a Purdue fan.
