In my professional opinion he is definitely lagging in basic communication skills, the deformity in his facial appearance is part of his genetic defect. I also think that he has Asperger traits. His mental retardation may improve with therapy, cheers and keep doing videos!!

He has down syndrome features, moderate mental retardation and lack of coordination, leave him alone, this is his only entertainment.
