Oracle Resource Manager Queue and Switch Behavior

Oracle Resource Manager (RM) allows for both session queueing and switching of sessions among groups, but these functionalities when put together may not add up to the full user experience an organization desires because session switching after long running queries is back to the group the user had at the start of the session, not to the group from which the most recent switch took place. An enhancement to the product may be needed. Ideas welcome at madjim@bigfoot.com
