This is what US Army soldiers of the WWII era have to endure when have to use the "Latrine". Thank goodness today's Army doesn't have these conditions today!!

@lhrmeonom That isn't blood, just remnants of red paint on the floor. The floor was originally painted red and the paint wore out from years of foot traffic.

If you really think when you sign up for being in the military, that you're going to be treated with luxuries like private bathrooms, you're mistaken.

The discipline is meant to cast off these kind of luxuries for the sake of the bigger picture, saving lives.

I thank all the military out there, but you get what you signed up for, and it isn't pretty, all the way down to the toilets.
