"Midget thing"? I think this guy means chibi art. In that case, no, there's not chibi art. This is a very serious anime (even if it has funny scenes at times). I agree with superxxfallenangelxx. Code Geass is the BEST anime ever, no contest.

3/5 some of the sceens just don't fit espically the suzaku ones.
