http://www.fitforafeast.com How to do a back walkover tutorial - by request. First practice your bridge and then develop your back walkover in this gymnastics tutorial video. Be sure to work on a mat or soft surface. A spotter can help get you started. Take it step by step and go at your own pace. See our other videos on how to do a bridge and back bends, a front walkover, needle, spotting a back handspring, as well as the splits.

Some call these kick overs. Workouts will help increase your flexibility and doing regular exercise is great fun for improving your health. Show off your new back walkover move to your friends. Take time to learn it right without getting injured, then work on style - keeping your legs straight and feet pointed.
Have fun doing your back walkovers!
