Basic routine to build
chest and tri strength,nothing fancy. I still do
this workout often, usually takes an hour or so. Simple exercises can still be difficult if you work hard enough and focus on form. It all starts with basics!

  • How many reps are you doing in each set? Awesome video!

  • @LadieslovelouieThe incline and decline diamonds 10 of each is one set so 20 a set,, Weighted dips 10 a set, reg dips 15 to 20 a set, the upsidown back arm pull thingys 10 reps + 20 of the crunch pushup is one full set, 25 bench dips + 10 of the wide grip bench push ups is 1 set. Push up warm down is 5 diamonds+10 reg is one set. But reps can also be increased once its too easy.
