@LadieslovelouieThe incline and decline diamonds 10 of each is one set so 20 a set,, Weighted dips 10 a set, reg dips 15 to 20 a set, the upsidown back arm pull thingys 10 reps + 20 of the crunch pushup is one full set, 25 bench dips + 10 of the wide grip bench push ups is 1 set. Push up warm down is 5 diamonds+10 reg is one set. But reps can also be increased once its too easy.
