Lewisbn11 (cont.): Regarding my level of "competition" it's true I am not good nor have I ever claimed to be but I can laugh at myself (as many other people do - and I take no offense)and provide some amusement to the event. I was nicknamed "Crashwell" by the competitors and quite enjoy the title. Try googling "Eric the Eel" or "Eddie the Eagle" for other competitors who had the courage to compete in a sport that they were passionate about knowing they would never achieve top placement.

Paul Caswell Do our sport a favour and please stop entering these "world tour events". let somebody else have a go. There are riders having to pre qualify because of you. You are doing our sport no favours., steve

Lewisbn11: I just wanted to reply and thank you for the comments and also set the record straight. I have never caused a world tour event to run trials and in many cases I have actually stepped out of a competition so that the PKRA would not have to run trials.
