non-autonomous territory under British
sovereignt,according to th UN, with its own constitution and whose inhabitants don´t vote in British parlamentary elections, there is no representative of Gibraltar in Westminster.

I think the British took spain as far as Malaga when they took Gibraltar. But how long have the Spannish had Ceuta? will they give it back to Morrocco? NO. so why argue, the boundrys were sorted hundereds of years ago.
