Video of three experiments: serum antibody / antigen complex formation, hemagglutination, and cytolysis. These videos are representative demonstrations of a series of tests conducted on the blood of a person with a known allergy to tree nuts. Tests were performed using various extracts of nuts, drupes, and fruits. Results were provided to the test subject (and principle investigator) for amusement only!

@ImKoolWithThis @ImKoolWithThis Neither. The test was conducted "in vitro" -- in a glass test tube -- rather than "in vivo" (in the body.) The question had less to do with the presence of an allergy reaction than an attempt to define the substances in question.
