This time I'm trying Mr Vikki's Jamaican Hot Pepper sauce - Mr Vikki himself gives this a 4 pepper rating.
This is a great sauce, initially you get loads of fruit flavour from the banana, mango and lemon, then that soon disappears leaving the bite from the habaneros and scotch bonnets. It's not quite as hot as the "Hot Stuff" but it's not far off.
Heat wise I'd rate this at a 7/10, flavour wise I'm going with a 8.5/10 - if that fruit flavour lasted just that little bit longer before the heat it would surely rate higher.
