Sonic Remastered Playthrough

Just a run through of Sonic Remastered. This is a romhack of Sonic 1, which adds in a few new features. New music, new moves, Rings carry over from level to level. It's a nice romhack. I just thought I'd give a play through of it. Also, there's new music. Yeah. A whole lot. It's so good.

How's super sonic lame? give me one reason?

I'm glad you asked. I feel Super Sonic ruins the game because the risk in the game diminishes greatly. You can still die, of course, but it's no longer hard to pick up speed, and enemies no longer pose a threat to you.

Personally, I just like the challenge that the normal game gives you, all whilst trying to go fast. You have the risk of losing your rings, and I like that. With Super Sonic, they just get eaten away second by second.

No, those rings are there. At the end of every stage, if you have 50 rings, the big ring will be there. Grabbing it when you have all the emeralds will give you a 50 ring bonus.

Sonic can, but I didn't do it. Why? Because being Super Sonic is lame, and there's no challenge left in the game after that.

Honestly, I like the thrill and scare of being able to lose rings. Much more fun that way, I think.

You can. Just double jump with all the emeralds in your possession and have more than 50 rings.

I just never did it here, go figure.
