Cliff Richard in the USSR (1976).
Cliff Richard was the first western rock artist ever to tour Russia.
After discovering that his records were now sold officially in the USSR, Cliff received an invitation from the Official State Entertainment Department to perform a series of concerts in the then-communist country.
Cliff Richard toured in 1976 to a grand welcome, playing eight concerts in Moscow and twelve in Leningrad.

this display is a masterpiece,seems to be in a dream,cliff is splendid while it observes the nature about to him,than touching music,cannot describe what I try at this moment,to 4:35,I have remained enchanted, in his very beautifull eyes were noticing his strong emotion and....my god!!,when it looks in the telecamera speaks to the end with the glance,I do not have words,thank you very much, I have translated the text from italian into the english one,bye.

HUGE Cliff fan here from Michigan, USA. Have every cd from 72 to 93. Anyway, wanted to give compliment to CLiff, reason being is that the songs he chooses have lyrics that have the duality of being other inspirational and ambiguously universal so that the song can be taken to mean the love of another person *boy/girl* or the love of the one and only jesus christ. Its really rather brilliant. I admire Cliff and his many talents. God has truly blessed him to be a disciple among men.

im in my 40s always been a big fan seen many concerts met him at a book signing to me his best era 70s to 87 im nearly famous, every face , green light 10 out of 10 others i love take me high,31st feb street,im no hero[even though all songs sound alike on this album] his voice was at its best then too , im not into what he records over last few years a glimmer of hope with something,s going on i used to buy everything but not now,now brad paisley still love old cliff my wife loves both
