@v12tommy you cant tune as accurately as you need to with a factory module, that and you can use TONS of other programs with a megasquirt.

wonder how much that 5.3 with trans costs in the UK its like $2000 here or around 1200-1500 quid

@A2Bproductions1 From memory, somewhere around $700 for engine (with 4L60E) and $400 for the 4L80E. Plus shipping to the UK.

The engine came without an ECU, but in any case I'm a developer of the Megasquirt-3 system, so like using my own system. Megasquirt-3 has progressed since this video and is now full retail from DIYautotune and others. My car has made little progress!

And i thought fitting a 302 with ms2 in a capri was hard.. (actually the ms2 isnt propper adjusted yet.. im finishing the (9") rearaxle)

4L80E. The controller should run a 4L60E too.
