Owen O'Malley has died and gone to heaven, apparently. The cause: the Tascam DR-1 and its plethora of guitarist-friendly features. Owen takes us through the basic features and options on the DR-1 and, with a little help from his band The Rikters, gives us a taste of the recorder's sonic abilities in this, the first of our two part DR-1 demo.
