what radius do you get with that antenna? Would the small antenna that is advertised with the box be good enough?

Thanks For The Question, Well Firstly You Need To Think About Your Location? Are you on high ground? and not surrounded by trees, if so you should get a decent radius with the small antenna, I am not exactly on high ground, but with a antenna with a 12ft pole, I get around 100 miles all around me.

Hi There, No one will be able to talk to the pilots as this is against all laws. Though however if you google search a AIRBAND SCANNER, That way you can hear them!.

The Airnav Radar-box is a radar.

No offense to you but did you even think before you asked that question about talking to the pilots?

Do you realize how much trouble you would be in if ya did?

Now if your a Pilot yourself and in your own plane then i think you could.

it would be very great if you could try to track a plane that leave persistent contrails and see if the plane transponder is ON, there is several witness on youtube clamming that when a plane leave chemtrails (persistent contrails) the transponder is OFF, meaning it could be a military plane or else, thanks
