It appears you are using Tormachs TTS holders or similar. Can you or will you share your pneumatic cylinder info? It looks very low profile and clean. Did you build the cylinder or is it commercially available? Looks great.

It just needs a flip top lid now to keep the chips off the tapers. The ones where the tool rack comes out of a cupboard like a cuckoo clock amuse me the most

VERY NICE!!! did you use new ballscrews or did you keep the old lead screws? I plan on converting my grizzly GO704's to cnc soon.
