Well done mate! Recently lost 3 and a half stone myself and still going so I know how good It feels to shift every pound. Very genuine, to the fucking point and occasionally humorous video :) Most diet video's on youtube don't help and are usually to promote some phoney product or just to brag.

good man dunc , im doing the same mate , need to lose 4 stone, nearing the end of my second week and i havent stepped on the scales this week but i lost 4 pounds last week.i dont pray much mate but i used to be a good irish catholic and i say a pray for ur mum over the next few days. i lost both my parents when i was 28 , the died with 11 monthes of each other, mum (cancer ) and Dad ( heart attack ) .
