  • starving works for a short time honey. i will see you in a year or even less. not to upset you but i have not seen a single soul that did not gain it after a while... u lose fast you gain it fast. so have more sensible plans for losing weight. lose slowly and change ur life style rather than fasting for a short time.

  • @Unilka im not your honey :) . and yes i lost my weight. and if u read what i said i starved for 2 months . than i did no more that 1400 cals per day . i got to my goal weight a while ago . now im just sticking with eating no more than 1400 cals . and living a very active life style.

  • @Boshibaru thank god i didnt stay in that size lol . i lost alot more weight since than :) . eating no more than 1400 cals. and keeping it very active :)

  • honestly the best way to lose weight would be eat a regular 3-4 meals a day watch ur calorie intake though and exercise regular do sit ups if you want a flater belly but if ur starving urself like this person below me says it dont work if u do it the way i say it work better and faster if you want me to help you with a routine just send me a message but ya dont ever starve urself it will only make you sick

  • @killinggrace1 i hit my all goals almost a year ago.now im just living a normal life.eating just raw foods and no mor ethan 1400 cals. and working out alot. and 3-4 meals.u want me to get fat again lol? i hate when people tell me whats the best way.becouse every body works diff. :) i worked and still working with a doctor to loose and keep my weight off . he knows what works on my body so pls dont tell me whats best for me :) when u have no idea .

    the thing with diets are they are temporary, you need to make permanent changes in your daily intake of calories and how many calories you burn. the after burn affect is a great way of using cardio to implement 'fat' loss.

  • Don't starve yourself. Reduce refined carbohydrates: plain bread, flour, sugar, white rice, pasta, potatoes. Don't be taken in by "light" or articially sweetened products. Eat the rest with good conscience.
