Alli's P.O.V

{ Flashback }

It was raining really hard and everything around me was pure confusion. I didn't care if his parents were waiting in the car for him, or if his older brother was putting boxes in the car. Right now all I cared about was Carter and me

(Alli) " I don't understand Carter, what do you mean by "I'm leaving." He just looked down and didn't respond to me. I tried to look at his face and his eyes were red. I couldn't tell if there were tears or rain coming down his face. But I was angry. "Damn Carter, can you please answer me?

(Carter) "Alli, I'm moving"

(Alli) I felt angry and hurt at the same time. "Carter, how come you never told me. I'm your freaking girlfriend and I find out you're moving the day your supposed to leave.

(Carter) (hugs Alli) I'm really sorry Al, I never meant to hurt you.

(Alli) I couldn't take it anymore, I broke down in his warm embrace. Then lightning lit up the sky and I could see that he was crying too.
(Carter) (holds her closer to him) "I'll miss you"

(Alli) "I'll miss you too Carter." He grabbed the sides of my face and kissed me deeply.

(Carter) " I love you Alli Port, don't ever forget that."

(Alli) "I love you too Carter Mason." He pulled away from me and entered the car. I could see him looking back as the car drove away.
I fell to the ground crying as the rain started coming down harder.

{ Flashback Ends}

(Alli) I woke up with sweat dripping down my face and tears forming. I tried to unwrap my boyfriend's arms from my waist, and once I did, I wpied my tears away and put my clothes on.
I grabbed my stuff and decided to take a walk and clear my mind.
