Mass Effect - Shifty Looking Cow

During a side mission I happened across this herd of strange animals on the planet Ontaram (Newton system, Kepler Verge). They were all just milling around except this one named the "Shifty Looking Cow" the bastard will steal your money if you're not looking, and will even deftly follow you around.
