Communism has been tried in 40 nations, and always led to tyranny. The experiment has always failed.
It is inevitable that if you concentrate all of your power in the hands of a few, you will have tyranny.

Again, for the THIRD post, you regress to the "true socialism" mantra.
You're still avoiding the point. There's always a difference between an ideal and a manifestation of that ideal.
Oddly, you have no problem complaining vapidly about capitalism, while ignoring the differences between the ideals and manifestations thereof, yet you stick with the exact opposite to absolve socialism of its murderous, merciless history.
Thus, even within the contrivance of your own mantra you fail.

Most of the leftists I've ever seen are very violent. If you decline to turn in your guns, refuse to pay to support their socialist public school system, actually think your land is your own and refuse their dumb little zoning laws, if you refuse to support their welfare state, the liberals will send armed men to your door to arrest and you and if you don't submit, they will kill you. Lefties are extremely fascistic. It is an integral part of their nature.

@jaasau, @freemarketrapesyou, @protege385, @happosai27, @politicimo, @pittland44,
Nationalism is not synonymous with socialism as suggested at 06:15. Nationalism can and should have both a regulated market economy and a thriving commons within a Constitutional Democratic Republic.
Any 'coercive socialism' is unethical. And it's almost always the Leftists who organize 'thug groups'('brown shirts/ UAF') to disrupt or push-around dissenting speakers, demonstrations, etc.
Ask Ward Connerly.

". . . but still nonetheless . . . if it worked"
Gouging your eyes out "would be good" . . . IF . . . "it worked".
Seriously, give reality a chance.
-
@TylerNull but still nonetheless why do you deny socialism would be good if it worked? whether in reality the manifestation of socialism always ends in tyranny is irrelevant, would you not like socialism if in some ideal world it worked?

Brilliant.

Who is Eric Vergalin? Vergallun? I would like to read his writings.

@FreeMarketRapesYou There is nothing fascist about free markets, individualism, and weak central government. Go grab a dictionary and check out the definition of fascism.

"... a contradiction in terms" -- tell that to the Liberal who coined the term to describe modern Liberalism.
"the real fascists ..." claim freedom "rapes you"; forcibly wed industry to gov't, like Fannie Mae; set wages & nationalize industry; expand gov't into every facet of human existence. All that is so very Liberal.
"racist" -- Liberal racists SKYROCKET to the TOP, and only because Liberals reward their racists. Like Obama's regime, e.g., his racist Sonia "La Raza" Sotomayor.

the guy keeps talking about nazis all the time but not about the leftists and where the modern liberalism is coming from. kind of missing the point of identifying the cancer in the host

I'm currently reading Goldberg's book, and LOVING it! It's VERY interesting and extremely well-documented. He's absolutely right that there's been a swindle to polarize communism and fascism. I experienced this in a "world issues" class in high school, where communism was classified on the far left while fascism was classified on the far right.
If I only knew at the time!
throughout this argument he does not realize that socialism does not mean state control it means common ownership, for example, take..social anarchism, i am a socialist anarchist. sounds like a contradiction? nope. he says a socialists are basically fascists but if theres noe thing i am not it is fasist, and yet at the same time im socialists, he is making the classic mistake of saying socialism is state control of everything, but it's not, thats not the definition, its common control. good vid
