@Lumenmunster So you are the guy making defamatory threats against other business people, cussing like a trooper when someone disagrees with you and then blocking them and leaving churlish comments. Man you yibba yabba on how one minute you are using a private testing ground like some secret squirrel etc etc and yet you are using what brand HID kits? Are you a qualified engineer and if so in what? Lay out some real specifications with input voltages and loss at bulb etc.

Greetings from Australia by HID-Lightsdownunder and thank you for your comment.
Very illuminating video, how bad do those grey gravel roads and street signs reflect.Ha!
When we turn ours on offroad we sometimes have to squint because of the road reflection which negates having good lighting on in the first place. Unfortunately our 100W HID kits do not play well with Lightforce and their polished aluminium reflectors, and will bleach them white within months. Too agressive.
I just can say that i'm still satisfied (for three years!) with my XGT's... Perhaps they have had quality problems???

Yes i propose for such high power HID Kits you need i.e. Hella Rallye 4000. I had them before i bought the Lightforce... Quite nice light but way heavier than Lightforce because their metal housing and real glas reflector is so "heavy". But for a truck: no problem ;-)

@mercyoz : By the way, don't be surprised.... They will be even brighter because the camera wasn't capable to manage all the light output... Good luck & have fun with your conversion!
