To upload a preset, you need to click the "upload to headset" button then select the slot number you want to upload the preset to. You need to go through both of these clicks.YOU HAVE TO DO THIS IN THE RIGHT ORDER !

@Alaskan64 You are supposed to restart your computer after the program finishes the initial set up for the headsets, not windows. Windows gives you a pop giving you the option to restart now or later. Ignore that message until after the program finishes.

Ok when I plunged the head set in and then a few seconds later it rebooted and now the headset will not turn on can anybody seggest what I should do?

@oo0LuK30o1985 It is in your email... I got screwed over, lost it or never got it. If you say you lost your password, they will give it through email, but not verification code.

I ended up making another account through an alternative email of mine and managed to get the verification in my emails on that account.

why is it when i download a new preset it doesnt show in the sound editor ???. copied the preset in the new folder and still nothing

@RzevlReact You are supposed to use the usb cable that comes with the headset and plug it into the usb port of your computer but I did not even get one, or maybe I just lost it, I can not remember.
