  • It is more expensive, because of all the equipment needed to powder coat & the process & the better quality & durability of the finished coating of the item.

  • Meanwhile I can't afford (and don't want to spend the money) to powdercoat my bike frame. Why the hell is it so expensive? Doesn't look any tougher than painting

  • in addition, i saw a restored bike that got powder coated but still maintained the original decals. is that possible? or did they just buy new decals
