I agree that you should cover Memory. It's a song that definitely suits your singing style. Your voice is very powerful, but your singing >dynamics< doesn't suit fast-tempo songs like Never Enough, it's more for slow-tempo songs. In songs like Never Enough you should be more aggressive and straightforward, specially because this is a song full of angry feelings, exploring your chest voice more instead of head voice and hitting notes hard, instead of smoothly singing them like a broadway ballad.

@lgmusic777 Thank you, I will definitely try to do that, I haven't sung many of these types of "aggressive" songs before so I am still trying to figure out the best way to go about them. XD I appreciate the advice!

@DrTheresaAwesome And I think it is GOOD! I love how her voice sounds now, not that I don't like operatic singing, because I love it as well, you know, it's good to learn as many techniques as you can, your voice sounds more pleasant, never gets boring, that's what I'm trying to do. So listen to some soul, blues, jazz, whatever you like (I personally love Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Adele..), get the feeling of it and you will improve your vocal technique A LOT :D

@DrTheresaAwesome I am trying to do that as well ^^ I think the best way to start is forgetting operatic singing for a while and trying to become versatile. In this song, Simone doesn't sing with operatic voice at all, the fact that it is head voice doesn't mean operatic voice. I would say now Simone is more of a "pop singer", not because she sings pop songs, but she uses more the techniques and versatility of pop SINGING (just repeating so those youtube crazy people won't start bashing me xD)
