It's a 3hp tecumseh

If you run that thing at 40:1 you will burn it up soon there for after and you will be demoted to the shovel trust me they like there mixture fat at 32:1 it is 3 hp and its a Tecumseh

it was very good indeed! i did have problems starting it and weather under 20F. i just put a litle space heater next to it for 5min and it'd then start on the first pull
