Good question. I think as long as big oil are allowed to put $50 mil. into campaign budgets (Bush 2000) such a plan would be a conflict of interest. They say follow the money to find out who benefits and here I also find the link between the military industrial complex and oil prices interesting.

Did you see the add for clean coal what a joke the debate was sponsored by big coal Money pollutes the process free speech is an illusion. The media spoon feeds the issues to the masses Are Americans that afraid of illegal emigration? Thanks Lou Dobbs for getting everyone riled up on a non issue.
