Did you know that something like 14% of all camcorders sold today are The Flip? Yeah, we didn't either. But we're glad to know because it provided us with a dandy of an excuse to pick one up and show you.

In this first of many videos on The Flip (specifically The Flip Video Mino), J gets you comfortable with using the camera and shows you how to make it dance.

  • WOW. that sounds expensive to say the least? How much

  • It cost $5000 when it was new but that was almost 5 years ago. I saw one on eBay for $3,300. It is a very good camera, we have been happy with it.

  • hahaha i just thought wat if when he was going through the vidoes is has a pic of him jacking off haha lmao

  • Do u have to hold the flip camera sideways for it to cover the whole screen. for example this vido you uploaded here doesn't show the whole screen. Help?

  • Great video, you kept it simple and easy to follow. Rosalie Dimmick Larsen

  • I really want to get a flip and this vid was so educational

  • I like the sony digital8 camera better cause it gets closeups, pictures, longer zoom, and nightshot (with that awesome green effect)...other than that, flip's alright

  • @LearnThisThing sony one is alittle better, isn't it?

  • My One Wont Turn On when i press it ???

  • your welcome :)

  • wow good to know dude thanks

  • no, you just hit the record button again to stop recording, then hit it again to start again. so your video is in individual "clips". I have three flip ultras, they are pretty cool. they are somewhat tuff too because my young daughters have dropped them on the floor and ground outside multiple times and they kept going.
