I don't think izzie is going to come back because it was here decision to leave the show T:R knight who played george wanted to leave the show and kathrine who playes izzie is best friend with T.R so it was her decision

Wow, I had NO clue this even happened to Alex? Not surprised he asked for Izzie on his death bed. She's his soul mate. I solely watching the show for Alex & Izzie. Stopped watching Grey's min Katherine Heigl left. I read the news tonight about Katherine Heigl's desire to return to the show. They were the BEST thing Grey's had going & still are. Keeping my finger crossed for Alex & Izzie reunion. Please Izzie come home to your man. It will be the BEST thing you ever did for both of you :)

I had tears all over me ... And I kept watching this moment again and again it was sooooooo... Amazing. Alex and Izzie are unbreakable.. No matter what will happens to them no matter what they will say or do to each other they still will be Izzie and Alex .. Alex was dying and last thing what he needed was Izzie...Im crying right now

wow!!!!! i'm still in shock after the finale!!! it was soo unbelievably amazing!!! and this scene is soo perfect!!!! so epic!!!! AI are not over and they will never be!!! they are the most amazing couple in tv history (in my humble opinion)!!!! they are epic and i'm soooo glad alex is not over her!!! i know KH is not coming back but I really hope she will!!! she has to!!!

@LexzieGirl Yeah, it is up to her now. And given the fact that the show is seriously lacking a couple with some serious HOT chemistry, I think she better get Katherine's agent on the cell ASAP. Besides, I can't see how the show would air much longer. I think one more season would be enough. And if that happens, then have Izzie return to Greys to fight to win back her hubby. After Alex makes her suffer alittle watching him with another GF, they do finally reunite, marry & leave together. The End
