Some certifications make sense - surgeons for example, but not all. Is it really a matter of state interest that you can't cut hair without state certification? Most certifications exist because practitioners of the trade lobbied for it specifically because they want to make it harder for others to compete against them, not to protect the public.

The game can not be escaped - sociopaths are going to win because they don't care about hurting/killing others, but nonsociopaths do. Even when you realize it's rigged, and that all the power structures on the planet are rooted in force and deception, you still can't escape it. About the genetically modified food, what are your sources and views on that? Humans where modifying food since day 1, selecting the best crops and seeds and making an artificial selection of what genes we want to keep With genetics we just can modify it more and more easily be capable of using less fertilizers by immunizing the plants and so on.
